Cy Chong is an entrepreneur who has built a thriving business through hard work, innovation, and a strong sense of mission. He continues to make positive impacts in his industry and other fields, inspiring ambitious founders on their entrepreneurial journey. He is passionate about real estate and constantly explores new opportunities and developments in the industry. He enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
MIKE YAP (CEO)
MIKE has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a dynamic and visionary leader who inspires and manages professional teams with his passion for real estate and commitment to excellence. He leads by example, setting high standards of professionalism and integrity. He encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning among team members, and fosters a positive work culture that values diversity and inclusivity. He stays updated on market trends and technological advancements, and embraces innovation to stay ahead in the competitive real estate industry.
DAVIS ONG (COO)
Davis, with 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, is proactive and results-oriented. He leads recruitment efforts, empowers his team to take ownership of their responsibilities, and encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation. He provides clear direction, sets performance expectations, and motivates his team to achieve their goals. Davis also cultivates a positive work culture that values professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement. He maintains open communication with his team and stakeholders, and encourages feedback and improvement ideas.
KAERYN WONG (CFO)
Kaeryn has 11 years of experience in the real estate industry. She leads by example, demonstrating high moral standards, professional ethics, and attention to detail. She has cultivated a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement within the financial team and across the organization. Kaeryn is well-versed in financial management, accounting principles, and tax laws. She oversees financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and risk management. She develops and implements financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals. Bandar Sri Damansara Area
11 years of experience in real estate industry cover mainly in Rawang area as Real Estate Negotiator from zero till now as District Director of Bandar Sri Damansara. In this period of times, I have created many excellent Group Managers and Real Estate Negotiators with a same direction to do well in sector of second-hand real estate surrounding Klang Valley. Along the time of leadership there is only a goal in mind which is make sure all negotiators of mine can success in this industry. In the days to come my vision is to leads all my negotiators to become area specialist of surrounding Bandar Sri Damansara as an expansion of VPG’s covered area. Everything is possible with persistence attitude.

Joining VPG in 2014 without any prior real estate agent experience. Over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience in the real estate industry.
In year 2020 I decided to expand my career to a newly developed area: Puncak Alam. Building team and becoming a professional area specialist in Puncak Alam.
I have a team of professional property agents with expertise in a Kepong, Rawang & Puncak Alam area. We take pride in providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients in their real estate journeys. With a passion for helping people find their dream homes or lucrative investment properties, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

I’m Desmand Yap, also known as Des.
I embarked on this journey in 2014, and right from the start, I was honoured to receive the Top Rookies award. It was an incredible validation of my dedication and hard work. Since then, I’ve been consistently recognized as one of the Top 20 performers from 2015 to 2020.
In 2018 and 2019, I had the privilege of being awarded the Top Manager title, a recognition of my leadership skills and the achievements of my team. This motivated me to strive for even greater heights.
In 2020, I was promoted to the position of Branch District Director, and currently, I serve as the Branch Director at Rawang Mutiara Branch, one of the 11 branches within VPG. Over the years, my team has experienced remarkable growth. Starting in 2015, we have now grown to over 130 active agents, including one District Director and six Group Managers.
Throughout my career, my family and children have been my greatest source of inspiration. They remind me of the importance of maintaining a work-life balance and striving for a harmonious and fulfilling life. They are the true driving force behind my success.
My vision is simple yet ambitious. I aim to achieve 5 million in grouping closing sales, with a target of 3 million. My ultimate goal is to help everyone I work with change their lifestyle for the better, year after year.
